Fango is a modern ticket reselling marketplace designed to provide users with the best possible experience while minimizing the costs typically associated with purchasing event tickets. Unlike traditional platforms that rely on high service fees, Fango introduces a unique value proposition by partnering with local businesses to offer exclusive add-on experiences, such as discounted meals or drinks, which can be added during the ticket purchase process. These partnerships not only enhance the value for users but also support local businesses by connecting them to engaged audiences.
The platform emphasizes transparency, user trust, and affordability. Built with a focus on the Tampa Bay market, Fango caters to a vibrant community of sports and concert enthusiasts who collectively purchase over 1.87 million tickets annually. Its user-friendly design ensures a seamless purchasing experience, while its innovative approach to monetization—leveraging local deals instead of excessive fees—sets it apart in the competitive ticketing industry. By listening to user and partner feedback, Fango continuously evolves to meet the needs of its growing audience, creating a platform that benefits ticket buyers, sellers, and local businesses alike.

Enhancing the Ticket Price Card
DESIGNING A CLEARER, MORE INTUITIVE TICKET PRICE DISPLAY
To ensure users could easily find and evaluate ticket options, I designed and iterated on the ticket price card, refining its usability and visual hierarchy based on feedback. This process focused on improving clarity, accessibility, and the presentation of essential information like section and row details.

Adjusted font sizes and weights to prioritize readability and emphasize critical details.
Updated color schemes for better contrast and visual hierarchy.
Added section and row details directly to the price card to provide all key information at a glance.

Creating the Fango Partners Dashboard
SIMPLIFYING DEAL MANAGEMENT FOR PARTNERS
I designed and developed the Fango Partners Dashboard to provide local businesses with an intuitive tool for managing their deals on the platform. Starting with in-depth research to understand partner needs, I guided the process through ideation, MVP definition, and iterative design, ensuring the dashboard was both functional and user-friendly. This dashboard empowers partners to add, remove, and edit deals effortlessly, enhancing their collaboration with Fango and driving user engagement.

I worked closely with FANGO partners to understand their needs and specifications, incorporating their input into the platform's design and functionality. Additionally, I facilitated regular meetings to gather updates and provide feedback on the development of 3D venue mockups, ensuring they met both technical requirements and user expectations. This coordination ensured that all aspects of the project progressed smoothly, with clear communication and alignment among all contributors.
